It seeks to dismantle the exhibition practices that enclose art and artists within metaphorical fences, turning them into near monopolies, and instead invites artists to create in public spaces. It advocates for the transformation of streets, parks, gardens, and unused, abandoned, or forgotten spaces into dynamic and independent exhibition areas for artistic expression.
